1. Men’s Movie Night-May 15th. 7 pm in the sanctuary to watch a documentary called Free Burma Rangers. Just a quick reminder that viewer discretion is advised –Come and be encouraged to take the directions of Jesus seriously and to Share the love of Jesus despite the personal pain and risk.  

2. Mission Fundraiser- Fresh flower arrangements will be available for a $5 donation this Sunday, May 10th, in the welcome center lobby. All donations will go towards an upcoming Compassion International Mission Trip to Bolivia of one of our River Valley families. Look for the table in the main entryway at the end of the 8:00 service, prior to the 9:30 service, and prior to the 11:00 service.   

3. Mulch Spreading Help- Please bring gloves and a shovel, or just yourself, to help spread mulch Saturday, May 16th at 10 am  

4. Shoe Drive-The shoe drive for Soles for Jesus is underway! Please put shoes in the bin in the Welcome Center. You can also donate $1 for each pair of shoes to help with the cost of shipping. 

5. Brat Fry! - American Heritage Girls and Trail Life troops are doing a fundraiser at Glenn's Market Brat Haus on Saturday, May 23rd, from 10 am-3 pm. Come and get some lunch and support these great ministries!  old text.
